Your Strikerz journey can start as soon as your child can walk - we have children as young as 18 months who come to our Strikerz Academy sessions

These sessions are all delivered at Turton Leisure Centre on Saturday mornings from 9 am till 11 am and we take the upmost pride in the quality of delivery in these early years sessions which are defined as follows

2 / 3 Years

STAR Strikerz is a programme designed where children explore different types of Strikerz worlds where imagination , excitement and enjoyment are key focus.

3/4 years

SKILL Strikerz will allow your children to gain valuable balance and co ordination skills and dribbling and awareness techniques while being stimulated by creativity and enthusiasm.

4/5 years

SPEED Strikerz sessions have been designed to increase your child's speed and skill across the surface and move and flow freely.

5/6 years

SUPER Strikerz - your childs first ever football season is only 1 year away so preparation starts to develop your child's understanding of how where and when to dribble and pass and be part of a team

All these sessions are hosted by professional coaches who are not only professionally qualified but who are totally committed to delivering the Strikerz programme with passion

The Strikerz ethos is " friends forever " - forming friendships that will stay with you not only in football but in life.

We strive to make sure children always enjoy playing football , that they understand the importance of teamwork and have total respect for all.

We endeavour to educate and teach players and parent coaches to ' pass NOT punt ' so that skill will always be the master of strength.

FC Strikerz

At age 6 the Academy will form teams based on players ability.

Once the teams have been prepared they will be entered into the Bolton and Bury District Football league to play under the FC STRIKERZ name.

At this point we ask parents to step into a coaching / managing role - with ongoing support from academy coaches and mentors from older age groups who have been through the same experience.
